Another favorite website - www.NutritionData.com - it is so cool! It gives not only the calories and other basic nutritional content information, but minerals and all sorts of information you never wanted to even think about!

I agree, this is a great website! The custom entry tool is very useful. I have also used brookerlaboratories.com to get nutrition facts for my own cookie recipe I plan to sell in some local grocery stores this Christmas. They are great when you need someone to hold your hand through the nutritional analysis process.
